Peyronie's Treatment
Peyronie’s Disease afflicts approximately 1% of all men, typically in the later stages of life. However, it has been noted in younger men as well. Curvature is a result of a build up of skin-tissue or plaque on either side of the penis. This growth usually results in the curvature of the penis. Symptoms appear slowly and may not be noticed until the later stages of the disease. If you do suffer from Peyronie’s disease it is important that you consult a doctor.
Medical penis extenders have been developed as a non-surgical treatment or alternative to surgical procedures. In mild cases, penis extenders have shown to reduce curvature from 70 to 99 percent and alleviating many of the affects associated with Peyronie’s. The affects of the disease may range from erectile dysfunction (impotence) as well as pain in the penile body.
In order to treat Peyronie’s Disease, a penis extender can be used in conjunction with high doses of Vitamin E, in order to correct the curvature. Traction devices are the only proven method to alternatively treat curvature without highly pervasive measures and the risks associated with surgical procedures.
