SHIPPING
All orders are processed immediately and are discreetly shipped the following day.
North American orders are shipped by UPS or FEDEX GROUND. Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
PO Box, APO/Military and International orders are shipped by USPS GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL.
International orders are delivered within 14 business days.
Tracking information will be provided through email by the designated carrier.
Please note that holidays may delay delivery time.
Exchange/Refund
In the event of a refund request the purchaser must contact us via EMAIL only. Please include in the email your full name, address and order number. Once approved the refund will be credited once product has been returned and inspected. Returns are subject to a bank processing fee and shipping charges which are deducted from final refund quote. The 180 Day satisfaction guarantee applies only to the X4 Deluxe models. X4 Starters and X4 standard editions are not covered by our 180 day growth guarantee. Furthermore, any device purchased with the additional feature of engraving is subject to the following terms and conditions. By engraving the extender all guarantees pertaining to the product will cease to be valid. The 180 day money back guarantee will be deemed null and void and the extender cannot be returned. Returns are at the discretion of X4 Labs Inc. and/or its subsidiary companies and websites. X4 Labs Inc. and/or its subsidiary companies and websites are not responsible for any errors in the engraving process and will provide refunds or credit at their discretion.
Requirements for credit under our 180 Day Growth Guarantee:

A minimum 180 day trial period is required to qualify for our growth guarantee since overnight results are not realistic.

Before returning any unit, the user must contact us via EMAIL to request a refund. Please include in the email your full name, address and order number. Our toll-free number is reserved for sales only. Our sales staff CANNOT approve any transaction reversals.

You must have signed up and posted questions on our Penis Enlargement Forum for personalized advice.
